BAKED BRISKET

1 trimmed brisket
` pkg. onion soup mix
1`/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. liquid smoke
1 t. Greek seasoning

Rinse brisket with warm water and dry.  Line a large baking pan with foil leaving enough to cover brisket.  Mix together remaining ingredients.  Spread seasoning mixture on both sides of prepared brisket.  Cover with foil. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.

Bake at 375 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours; slice
