CABBAGE  CASSEROLE

1 head cabbage (cute up in bite size pieces)
1 lb. ground meat
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
 
couple stalk celery, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 cup raw rice
2 cups water
1 small can tomato sauce

Combine the ground meat, onion, celery, and bell pepper; add seasonings to taste. Cook in skillet; drain when cooked, add canned tomatoes and stir well.
In a casserole dish (sprayed with cooking spray), layer the cabbage, then meat, then rice; continue until you end with cabbage.  Add 2 cups of water mixed with can of tomato sauce to pan.  Seal well with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours (or until rice is done).
