CINNAMON BREAD

Beat and mix together 2 egg whites and 1/2 cup milk.

Cream together 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, and 2 egg yolks,
then add to above mixture.

Sift together 1 1/4 cup cake flour, 2 1/2 t. baking powder,
and 1 t. cinnamon, and add to above mixture

Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. 
When done, pour melted butter over the top
and sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
