FRIED RICE

1 cup cooked rice
2 cups diced shrimp
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 t. pepper
2 T. soy sauce
1/2 cup green onions (chopped)

Fry shrimp in oil about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. 
Add eggs and pepper;  fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add cooked rice and soy sauce.  Fry, stirring, for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle green onions on top.
