PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1 cup Peanut Butter 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Brown Sugar 2 Eggs 1 cup crisco

1 1/2 t. vanilla  2 1/4 cup flour 1 t. baking soda 1/4 t. salt

In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, crisco, sugar, brown sugar, stir eggs and vanilla until creamy. Add into above mixture; in another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, & salt, mix together and add to above mixture. Shape into balls, place on a greased baking sheet pan,
slightly mash down and crisscross with floured fork.

 Bake: 350 about 10 minutes
use your judgment depending on your oven
(overcooked cookies will be crunchy, not soft)
