SHRIMP ETOUFEE

1 stick margarine
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1/2 bell pepper (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 lb. cleaned shrimp
1/3 t. salt
1/2 cup whole tomatoes (mashed)
2 T. tomato paste
Dash red pepper
Dash black pepper
1/2 cup celery

Sautee onion, bell pepper, and garlic in margarine until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
Serve with rice.
